Where is my package?
I haven't received my package. What should I do?
Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper. If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate, please contact your family members and neighbors first as they often end up in familiar hands. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your shipping provider. Additionally, if they are unable to recover your package, please reach out to Customer Service at contact@mspiredroom.com for a replacement.
Do you accept returns?
We want to provide you with the best experience possible, so we take customer satisfaction very seriously.
At this time, we cannot accept returns, however we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible. Please email us within five (5) days of receipt of your order with a photo of sustained damage at contact@mspiredroom.com.
